Arden Strategies is an internationally renowned advisory and communications firm. Headquartered in London, our team of truly outstanding individuals have a record of achievement in business, government and strategic communications.

At the heart of our team is our founder, former UK Cabinet Minister, the Rt Hon. Jim Murphy. For more than two decades, Jim has successfully led exceptional professionals from across the public and private sector on policy development, messaging strategy, international elections, and high-profile public persuasion campaigns.

Arden Strategies is uniquely placed to provide advice and insights to leaders and organisations on the political and policy landscape across all four nations of the UK. We have offices in London and Edinburgh, and senior staff based in Scotland, Wales and across England.

Our team

Adam Scott
Director
Adam heads Arden's expanding energy practice, while also playing a key role in shaping our global services offering. With eight years of experience in Westminster, he gained extensive knowledge in briefing and advising Labour Shadow Secretaries of State on a broad spectrum of domestic policy areas, including transport, housing, and energy. His expertise and strategic insights were instrumental in influencing the development of two Labour general election manifestos, showcasing his ability to shape policy at the highest levels.
Holly Lynch
Senior Counsel
Holly served as Labour MP for Halifax from 2015-2024. She served in a range of front-bench roles including as Shadow Minister for National Security (2020-23), giving her unique insight into the UK’s security landscape. She also served as Deputy Chief Whip and was a member of key Select Committees during her time as a Labour MP, including the Home Affairs Committee. Holly’s experience and policy knowledge, combined with her deep understanding of Labour’s personalities and dynamics, enables her to provide trusted senior counsel to Arden’s clients.
Kaylin Raine
Account Executive
In her role as an Account Executive Kaylin has specialised in defence, technology, and health. Since joining Arden, she has played a key role in supporting the firm’s growing defence practice, working with leading defence companies on their strategic positioning and political engagement. As an experienced researcher, she has also been credited in a published book on the topic of biomedicine and continues to leverage her analytical skills to support clients navigating complex policy landscapes.
Nasrine Fielding
Director
With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles across the civil service, Nasrine holds extensive expertise in UK and EU policymaking; notably in the energy and climate sectors. As a senior civil servant, Nasrine's roles included Deputy Director of Economic Regulation at the Department of Business and Trade and Head of Business Energy Efficiency at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero. She has represented the government at the OECD, as a climate negotiator at UN COP’s and a subject matter expert on multiple reviews by the International Energy Agency.
Tessa Rowan
Executive Assistant
Tessa has worked in public affairs, strategic comms and financial PR for the last 6 years and has over 20 years experience working in communications.
She has a wealth of experience in supporting CEO’s and clients alike.

We have a limited number of two and four person tables available to reserve in our lounge. Our conference lounge is the most prestigious lounge at Labour Party Conference venue, and is the ideal space for your informal meetings.
